If these tips get lost, however, they can be purchased separately to be used only for the Yankauer suction tube. This device is also long in length and can range from 10 ?" to 18" depending on the operation. The handle of this device contains an end that can be connected to a suction source in order to provide the suction power needed to remove fluids or debris away from the surgical site.
